How It works
The Box scheme aims to provide our customers with a weekly delivery of seasonal produce containing vegetables & salads.Our fruit boxes will contain as much Kent fruit as possible, but as oranges etc do not grow in Kent we will use Organic/Fairtrade supplies to supplement.
The Boxes will be delivered to your home on Thursday or Friday depending upon where you live, or you can collect from The Old Dairy Shop from Thursday 1pm. Holidays etc can be ‘booked off’ by giving a weeks notice. If you are not in then we will agree a shady spot to leave your box, and if it rains we will cover it.
You are also able to add to your box via our online store, www.lovekentshop.com and have those items delivered with your box. A check out option allows you to add the purchases to your box scheme delivery. As you have paid for delivery of your box, the extras attract free delivery.

So What’s in the Box?
The box will contain 5-9 different seasonal items. As we only use Kent producers the contents are very seasonal. We always try to include potatoes each week. Most of the year we include carrots and caulis on a regular basis. In Autumn - our favourite time - we get plenty of squashes, rot veg and brassicas. These tend to last right through to Spring, when greenhouse salads etc become available. There really is a tremendous range of veg available in Kent, from staples such as carrots to pak choi and wild garlic.
You can specify up to 3 dislikes that will not be used in your box. Each week a newsletter will be produced, providing information and recipes for the current vegetables
All of the veg will be sourced fresh and local to the shop. By this we mean they are 100% Kent veg all year. We try to get as much organic produce as possible. We collect the produce on Wednesday, when the products are harvested for our collection, which ensures you get the freshest produce.

There are 3 different sizes, and we can offer fortnightly delivery if required.
